The Cessna Citation Ultra V was created to answer the growing air charter demand for increased cabin space in a light jet.

The Citation V Ultra is essentially a stretched version of the Citation Bravo adding over 20 inches in overall length. The Citation V has upgraded engines for improved performance and speed.

There is no difference between the Citation V and Citation Ultra, Cessna simply re-branded the V as the Ultra in 1993 for marketing purposes. The Citation Ultra features extended range for nonstop flights on longer routes such as Chicago to Los Angeles.
