White wine and peach brandy, infused with fresh peaches and raspberries. Fruity, light, and refreshing, this simple pitcher drink is perfect for spring and summer weather!
ice(or frozen raspberries, or frozen peach slices)
Instructions
Add 1 750mL bottle white wine of choice, ½ cup peach brandy, and 2 tablespoons white sugar to pitcher. Stir well until ingredients are fully incorporated and sugar has dissolved.
Taste mixture and add peach brandy or sugar as desired. When satisfied with flavor, add slices of 3 medium fresh peaches to pitcher. Stir to incorporate.
Place pitcher in refrigerator and chill sangria at least 2 hours.
Immediately prior to serving, remove pitcher from refrigerator and stir mixture. Garnish serving glasses with 2 to 3 fresh raspberries per glass and ice or frozen fruit if desired. Serve sangria chilled.
Recipe Notes
White Wine: I recommend a crisp pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc if you prefer your sangria a little less sweet. Moscato works well if you like sweeter drinks!
Brandy: Plain brandy will work if you can't find or don't have peach brandy.
Optional: For a bubbly spritzer-style drink, add club soda to individual glasses or to the pitcher immediately before serving.
