In reply to CHUCK. These are about half an inch thick, but you can totally slice the fries as thick or thin as you'd like! If you prefer thin-cut, just be sure to pause and check on the fries every now and then while they cook, since they'll be ready more quickly than thick-cut!

A restaurant we know makes a delicious dipping sauce. My best guess is marshmallow creme, brown sugar and a splash of milk. Do a little microwave heating and stir. Yum!
