This recipe was perfect! I did my own rubs, but timing was great. although this recipe does not suggest to take the membrane off, I did take the membrane off, which made them fall off the bone and easy eating!

Delicious recipe when using the smoker isn’t practical or possible! However, I tripled (3x) the amount of dry rub shown per 4 lbs of ribs – way too skimpy as written. Also added cumin to the rub.

I’ve made these ribs 2 times now and this recipe is hands down the best ever!!! My husband, dad and sons love them! And they are my biggest critics!!!!! lol

In reply to Susie. You don't need to marinate these ribs for any length of time! Just apply the dry rub and pop them in the oven.
