Used Uncle Ben’s Chinese style fried rice and frozen corn and peas. I halved the ingredients. Perfect amount for the two of us. As good as or better than Chinese fried rice from a restaurant.

When adding the chicken back into the pan, don’t put all the juices with it! It makes it the perfect texture if you omit the liquid!!! Delicious!

This is legitimately the best chicken fried rice receipe we’ve ever tried and is our one and only go-to now! I put it in about a once month rotation in my meal planning, and is just as delicious for leftovers as it is fresh.

Wow ! It was amazing ! I’m going to try it with shrimp next time I’m sure it will be so good with that as well!! I wouldn’t change a thing about this recipe … my husband and my 8 year old 5 year old and 3 year old devoured it! Also I didn’t have low sodium soy sauce so I used that and just add barely any salt !
