Sue, did you end up making this recipe for your group of 25? I would love to know how you did it, and how it worked out. I’m feeding 85 in a few weeks, and am trying to think how I’d go about doing that. The crockpot recipe says to keep chicken in one layer, and even though I have a few crockpots to work with, that’s obviously not an option. Thank you for any thoughts or tips!!
