I used an oil spray and sea salt after pressing. The only change I made was accidentally cutting the tofu into [pretty evenly I might add] 1″ cubes and then remembering I needed to press it! So I just laid them out on 2 kitchen towels, topped them with another and put my heavy wooden cutting board on top. The rest I did as instructed @ 5 min intervals. So very tasty, we ate them just like that watching TV as a snack. 100% perfect recipe, thank you!5 stars

This was exactly what I needed, and it worked perfectly. We now have some nicely crisped tofu cubes ready to be reheated and added to meals as needed.5 stars
