In reply to Marlea. Hi Marlea! We've had people freeze it and reheat with success- just note that the zucchini's texture may change slightly due to the freezing-reheating process. The dump bag is a good idea! Let us know if you try it!

one of my go-tos for my family, love the flavor the coconut milk adds. I am wondering how it would freeze? Both as a prepared soup, or if I threw all the ingredients into a freezer bag to dump into the instapot later? Other than the coconut milk of course. Thanks!

This was incredible! Made a few changes: used a can of tomatoes with mild chilis and a 14oz can fire roasted tomatoes. Took chicken out then immersion blend broth with zucchini’s and tomatoes. Added juice of one lime, then turned on Sauté and added in a bag of frozen cauliflower rice and some frozen corn. Once cooked, add shredded chicken back in. It was creamy and the cauliflower and corn added good texture. Lime juice kicked it up!
