I changed the liquid to coconut almond milk and swapped the maply syrup for agave. Plus, all the spices (kept the turmeric) can be swapped for kafe hawaij, which is made from cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and clove. Your suggestion to bloom the spices by warming everything is a MUST before cooling the drink.5 stars
