Hi, Pat – like I mentioned above, the unit for the brown sugar is “packed tablespoons”. Could you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing to me, please, so we can look into this more? It displays the way it should when we check it! No one who’s reported this issue has passed along a screenshot yet.
